I wanna add a grille badge when I stick the R-Sport kit on...which of these do you guys think works best?

A...

or B...

I'm increasingly siding with option B, as A looks a bit too fussy.

I vote for B. A is too cluttered for that.

I'm getting tempted to reserve them for people who actually have R-Sport engine tuning products...which means Mike has to get the R-Sport turbo kit :-P

Just kidding...I took the liberty of enquiring as to the price of 10 as well as one... ;-)

What happened to the £130 kit?

Speaking of NOS (yeah...I know you meant new old-stock)...hmm....it's tempting... :)

I actually made a test of 'A', but it looked fairly wrong, hence the redesign.

then why you asking? sounds like you've made up your mind. just an "r" by itself reminds me too much of honda stuff.

I may well be selling...depends on the pricing.

I've not decided for sure, but I'm thinking the BMW ///M style one would look better on the grille.

I was about to post the pic of the mock-up, but as I'm sure you can see above, my hosting has gone AWOL. Same company as Chesh's (time-outs on large files)....they're a day away from a major bollocking.

I forgot to say, this is the R-Sport kit I have...twin Solex ADDHE 40 carbs (Like Weber DCOEs) and a K cam. Good for 125 bhp on an otherwise standard B200. Only 100 kits ever made...I have 2 :)

I would get A. You don't drive a bimmer and it's not an M, so you should keep it uniquly Volvo. I think A would look sweet if the R and SPORT were done in chrome, and the colored stripes has a very shinny defined color to them.

Maybe I'll get both made, then we can see which is better in the flesh :)

I would choose the A because it is the original version. :P I have been designing "R-Sport dials" for 300-series. I'm not sure if those numbers are at the right positions and how accurate those are.. Just a test. I don't know if I'll fit em but it's just something I did when I had spare time. :P Still needs some tweaking.

Nice! We need MPH version though :)

I think it is looking like B on the grille, and maybe A on the bootlid...if I put one there.
