240 series moonroof?

(first of all this might be in the wrong section)

I was just (carefully) tearing apart the sunroof in my '82 244 GLT- and wondering if they ever made a moonroof (I'm not sure 'moonroof' is the right term- I'm talking about a slideable sunroof with a glass window in the middle) for the 240, or if anyone has ever rigged one up, and how it went. just curious.

i'm sure you could cut have the glass shop put you in a glass (tinted) window. wouldn't be too hard. just cut the size shape needed and give the dimensions to the shop.
