I would recommend going to www.hids4less.com (http://www.hids4less.com). They are easy to put in and look great!

I thought volvo was offering it as an upgrade. I think thats what Charlie is refering to. I remeber everyone was talking about them, but then I never really heard anything afterwards.

Probably any dealership could do it.

what model volvo do you have? s60, c70, etc?

my info on the S60:

in the 2001 model S60, 2002 model xenon headlights will be difficult to retrofit. it requires completely different wiring.

if you have a 2002 model, it will be equally difficult.

i recomend the cheaper alternative, which is changing to hyperwhite bulbs. check the manual for part numbers etc.

you can also purchase a xenon kit. check your local autopart / tuner shops. they are expensive, but good.

hope this helps

I know this is kinda unrelated, but I'm having a problem with my headlights, and I was hoping someone could help. I have been trying to locate the relay and/or the fuse for the headlights on a 1984 240dl. I have a general repair manual for two decades of 200 series Volvos, and the closest thing I saw was a "main lighting relay", but it was only shown for 1985 and later. Someone please help! I'm starting to have trouble getting home from work as the days get shorter.

travisjohnston, i would recommend making a new post rather then pirating someone else's post as not many people may read this and possess knowledge of what you are asking as this pertains to the S60 and not a 240
