Well, working on gutting the parts car today. Took the turbo wheels off to start cleaning/refinishing and put on some little hubcap-steel wheels on. Well, I figured, while it's up in the air, might as well take the sawsall to the exsaust and cut it off right before the rear axle!

What else, oh ya, lets see if I can melt those tires! What a kick, today was a fun day for me!

Heres the link, it's not for the slow connected and is in windows media format. But, if you can't download, I also turned it into my avatar so enjoy!

That burnout was sweet. I wish my car would do that, but alas, no it won't :(

It looks like you had fun though :)

Geez, you were all over that one!!! Thank you, it was a fun way to end a day of working on the car!

Car sounded pretty good that way, though extremely annoying. It was probably the closest to a v-8 sound I've ever heard from a 4banger (at an idle that is). I felt all special till my bud who owns a honda repair shop 4 doors down came by in his 427 AC Cobra he's just finishing building. That is a sweet car!

Ah Yes, the advantages of owning a cable modem.
Someday hopefully I will have a project car of my own. I'm thinking of getting an older 245 and doing the V8 conversion. We do however have a '76 Chrysler New Yorker with a 400 4barrel carb V8. Not real fast but very comfortable and freaking long (like 22ft.) Gotta remove that stupid lean burn system :) .

I don't know. I'm sure they aren't super fast, maybe a 16.0, high 15, but thats probably unlikely. I've only had that car for a week. Couldn't drive it to fast, as I had to bungee cord the hood down. The front end is wrecked on the car but it does have all my suspension pieces, my intercooler and lots of parts!

But boy will it melt a tire!
