Kev, you'll have to re-take that 3rd picture with the new flathood and grille in it!

...course I'll have to finish the brakes before I can roll it outside! ;d

Flathood? Distinctive mark of a european car taken away? Maybe I am confused as to what you are saying. ;-/

The flat hood was imported by Volvo on a limited number of 240s in the early 80s. Really nothing else special about those cars aside from a regular 240 (which I think is already special) except the flat hood.

welp, just for the blur effect, i highlighted the 242 roughly, feathered it about 25 pixels and inversed the selection to get everything around it, then used a zoom blur, about 27-35 its under radial blur. For other pics in motion more, i would zoom blur about 20 and then motion blur to my liking )
