hey man, i wanted to ask you what you're doing for fuel management on your car, i've been doing a ton of research and it seems to me that it's so hard to control all these vital ratios with just a standard ecu or chip program.

Thanks,
David

Hey David,

I finally ended up running Megasquirt. Its a DIY type Engine Manegment System, and I love it! Its cheap, (150 bucks) you get a box of parts, build it (which is the best part imo) and wire it up turn the key and off you go! I love it. Now, some have nagged saying that the GrpA cars made 340-350hp from k-jet, but actually they used both k-jet and LH and driveablity (or visual smog checks) werent an issue for them.

Either way you look at it, that k-jet air meter is unbelievably restrictive.

For our "simple" motors, Megasquirt is just to hard to beat imo.

Hope that helps,

Doug

Yeah, i'm probably going to go with a unichip, i've been talking a lot to Ralph and combined with his insight and my research, i don't know how you can get much better for the money.

Unichip? What kind of car, don't think I've ever heard of those.
