ive made me own tonight , makes it feel a bit more oversteer but then ive got a 24mm front , i think my main problem is the dampers , its stiff in roll , but when under power it lifts and dives under braking , not to mention almost taking off on some bumps !!!

anyway here is some unsuprisingly 25mm rear bar pics

That's cool. How did you attach the flat end plates on to the trailing arms? The stock bars have 2 bends in the end plates. Your design is probaly a bit stiffer than for example a 25mm IPD bar since you use one straight bar. The bends add length and therefore compliance. Kind of like more coils on a spring.

yeah , the exhaust , i was making a side exit, and believe it or not a used a bike can , that wasnt big enough , so in a mad rush after spending all day making it not work , i put the old one back on, cut the second silencer in half , repacked it , and off i went , with a fairly decent exhaust note , i mean if you look at the vid when i was at curborough , you can hardly tell from a difference , it does make people turn their head .

i bent the mounting brackets after that pic (was trying to get home ), i made it wide enough to fit the first brackets , the bent them outwards to fit the damper bolt in the shape of the oem bar .

I have to say...thats a ****ty way to work on a car. I would have to get a shovel and move some of those rocks out before I even thought about working there! Looks painful!

Solid bar eh? Id beware of snap oversteer when you stiffen up the back too much like that....corner hard and BAM the back is now in front of ya before you feel it come out.

:-P HA! I beat you to it about 2 years ago. I ended up getting IPD's cheap off a friend, and the one I mad had a metal section break (really crappy home depot metal).
