Any tips on megasquirting a 242? Experiences, disappointments, triumphs etc...

TPS=Check
Browntops=Check
Intake/4bar/fuelrail=check
resistors=check
IAT=check
Fuel Line=Check
MS=Check
2.2 dizzy=Check
139 Module=check

Anything else im forgetting?

dont forget kenny's writeup, one thing you want to look at doug's for is the tps/throttle body.

Make yourself a sheet of what wires goes to what and notations to the side about where they're going to go(under hood/under dash/etc.)also color notations and pin # on the stock volvo plugs are nice to have(the tps coordination on kenny's writeup when i last saw it was backward, so when he says you might have to switch 2 wires on the tps, follow that direction the first time? follow?)

coolant temp sensor(if you're using the stock bosch, make sure you have the plug still, oh and other plugs too would be helpful)
plenty of spade connectors, male and female
ring connectors that'll fit on the fuel rail bolts and elsewhere(ground wires)
solder, etc.(heat shrink helps too)
390ohm resistor, 10ohm resistor
fuel pump relay(6 dollars at radio shack, i'm using a 30amp, i think they call it an "automotive relay" there)
make sure you have the right rotor button for the 2.2 dizzy since the kjet button won't fit

looooots of patience and "just get it done" attitude
