-condition
have:
spark,
compression
led 17 (first one) flashes always
d21, d22 and d23 are good
r12, r32 and r17 are good
air
-can get
fuel by manually grounding inj
this will allow the eng to run for a few sec before it dies
at 10.75 ohms total inj resistance, wont trigger
at 2.5ohm (using stock volvo ballast) to 8.75ohm wont turn off (b4 you say anything (3(inj ohm )+7(ballast ohm))/4(paralell)

driver (to nte2389) (the volvo ballasts fried both q2 and q7 by staying on, also changed oil for that reason)
ideas? q1(tip42)? this is very frustrating, been stuck like this for a week.
