the car got a tint today and window deflectors.. 20% in the back. none up front. some quick pics... more to come tomorrow, probably.

I don't know how much envy you can have with a sweet 240 like that! The R is very nice though...

His 244 is a Photo Shop pic...but still very nice!

And the tint looks incredible, like how you left the fronts visible. Good work!

the wheels on the R look to be the oem "sirius" wheel (its the "official name" too...see pic below)

1. the front isn't tinted because its illegal in california... its my dad's car and hes a pussy so he didnt get it tinted. i'll talk him into it late.r

Pretty sure tint is illegal everywhere. Reason being that the officer approaching your vehicle can't see in to see if you have a shot gun or other weapon on your hands. Funny how the back is ok...no one cares about a bunch of thug gangsters fully loaded in the back seat??

I have 5% all the way around and havent been hasseled yet...but I think they kinda look at the Volvo and think "volvo driving soccer moms dont carry weapons or hang out with thug gangsters". Same as when I pass the cops at 190km/h I swear I can see them smacking their radar detector thinking there must be something wrong with it. People in volvo's dont drive that faaaast do they guys ;-)

today i took a turn and slid the rear end out on a 1-way street downtown. Came to a stop sign 100 yards away from the turn and there was cop looking right at me standing on the corner. I was like "Oh Shiznit" but i think he was confused, so he just smiled at me :-P

I whip the tail out on the 960 on a weekly basis... almost daily basis and have never been hassled.

And in CA tint is legal on the back windows... any tint, even if its 5%... but only 85% is legal up front.

Yeah, I made everything but the gauges black and white in photoshop.
