Whats up? I am not sure on installation costs... but I do know of two places which selll springs. Check both www.ipdusa.com and www.eurosporttuning.com/home.htm . Good luck with finding some and getting the installed. Also, if you get a chance, tell me how much installation is if you go looking arround.

Specs...no one seems to list those. Spring rate, coil thickness, and free height would be nice, but most places won't even know those specs on the springs they sell.

Check out:
IPD, FCP Groton, Euro Sport Tuning, Shox.com, Dalhems.com, jpstyling.com. Links on my 240 Links page.

i asked a shop in Rochester, NY how much they'd charge for spring installation. They said about 2.5 hours of labor at $65/hr, $162.50 total. I dunno how much more or less other shops would charge.

Scandinavian Car Tuning has springs on their site as well... not sure if these are the ones carried by any of the aformentionned suppliers... As I understand it, these are the springs that IPD used to carry, before they switched to their current supplier.

$0.02

ps. I have set of used SCT springs just waiting to go in... next week baby! WOO WOOO

www.fcpgroton.com also has the "red painted" Scantech lowering springs for about $190.00. They claim to lower the car by 45mm. I have no experience with them so I'm uncertain of thier quality or performance.

I have the euro sport tuning springs on my car and the site claims that they will lower your car about 1.4 in from stock but when i put mine on with my Bilstien HD's it was a good 2 1/2 in lower than stock. About the installation i did mine myself all you need to do is rent a spring compressor from a local parts store and you can do it yourself for free in about 2 hrs if you have the right tools and kinda know what you are doing.
