My 700 had a bracket that I think used to hold the preheat hose right on the wheelwell next to the turbo. I mounted mine there. I only used a total of about 7 inches of vac tubing. I think it is better to use as little tubing as possible because it causes spikes.

My homebuilt MBC was ziptied to one of the cooling hoses for easy management. Now that I upgraded to a Dawes devices I spent have a day just staring at my engine bay imagining where to put it. I ended up with this.

I go with the zip tie off the coolant hose.

Looking at your first pic it looks like your hose might be touching the Turbo Housing, you might want to fix that if its the case.

Mine is currently zip tied to the coolant hose at the moment, but when I replace the vac lines with silicone ones I'd like to make a mounting bracket for it somewhere.

Same place as mine. Zip ties and bread ties to hold 'em. Hasn't moved yet, and nice short lines.
