With megasquirt if you have a throttle body for each intake runner you would only need one tps for all of them right? What are the difficulties of this approach? Thanks

Sounds right. If this is on a boosted app, I'm skeptical of any benefits, and whether these benefits would outweigh the cost and complexity of fabbing a manifold to suit. Even if you're doing a 240 16V, sticking a plenum and single TB on the B234 runners would be far easier than individuals.
