Anyone living in or around detroit interested? When I say detroit i don't actually mean it. I mean around it. East Lansing or Ann Arbor would be fine too. Just wanted to know if anyone else is interested. Maybe some time in Jan?

im down! im in royal oak, so it shouldnt be a bad drive. boxdriver (dan) might also be interested if he isnt busy with school or fixing his car.

I was in Detroit with a colleague who wanted to go in, so I tagged along. They couldn't find my Australian drivers' license in their "how to spot a forgery" book (duh) so wouldn't accept it. I didn't have my passport with me. Being 29 at the time (and coming from a country where everything is legal at 18) I haven't thought to carry proof-of-age ID for quite a few years.

My 64 year-old German colleague found the whole thing quite amusing. We spent longer at the gate than we did in the casino.

I'm probably going to be in Detroit sometime after the first of the year on business (and to visit family). Depending on when this ends up happening, y'all mind if a TB'er from Cali tags along? :)

Not sure exactly where yet, I know I'm going to visit Motor (http://www.motor.com/), so I'll be in that part of Detroit at least. I'll let you guys know exactly if/when/where as soon as I find out.


...and what brace Dan? That 740 tower brace on eBay I was bidding on? ;-)

We haven't confirmed a date yet. sometime late jan early feb maybe? or maybe when it starts to warm up a bit. I would like as many people as possible, when are you going to be in?

Brenton, nice to see you are still around here. Let me know if you put the pillar pod and other things in you had the last time you came by for the front end, if not we can probably do it here.
