Nice!! That grille always looks better than the all chrome one, and the clear corners look great with the white paintwork!

Yes, and that's mainly what I've done since I got it.

Impressive that you recognize them, they're rare even here in Sweden.

such a hot car, i love how clean and straight it is.

(i figure if i kiss enough ass i can get a ticket to sweden)

but no really that car is REALLY clean, how rare are those wheels cause i have seen a set over here once, reminds me of another volvo wheel only pushed in, in the middle

Isn't this a 90 + model?. Going by the front end and rear end.

As I said on VS, that car rocks and I love those wheels

It makes me want to get a 760, although I'm not sure if I like the 80's 740 euro front end with add-on splitters or the 760 front end more...

I do know that makes me want to get another set of e-codes for my car along with wipers. Oh, and a chrome rim for the eggcrate I'm getting to replace my ziptied-on chrome grille.

How much would a set of those wheels cost you used in sweden?

I was just thinking "holy ****"

Those 15's (name is Orion) are more rare than polaris, gemini and galaxy I bet

Looks really nice, I like how the white hides all that chrome and polished trim. Like the painted mirrors too, all the white '88+ 760s I've see cam black.

Thanks again, for all the nice comments :) I have to say that this board is really nice with lots of badass Volvos modified in a way us Swedes are not used to.

By the way, I suck at Photoshop and forgot to tell you that I'm also planning on painting the lower front lip and the black part of the door handles and get some side skirts.

Haha, I can promise you that you don't want to go from Florida to Sweden, at least during the winter ;)

I've never seen any used for sale, mine were on the car when I bought it. Volvo here with their insane prices will steal 1665 SEK per wheel (~ $200) however, some independent dealers have clearance sales of these wheels right now, pricing them at "only" 720 SEK per wheel.

Yeah, I think mine were painted by a previous owner, because the paintjob on them isn't that good. But I'll fix that one too once spring arrives.

Sweet ride. :volvo:

Isn't this a 90 + model?. Going by the front end and rear end.The 760 got the 'new' frontend starting in '88, the 740 didn't get it until '90.

That 760 looks great! I'm not a huge fan of white, but I have exceptions and that car would be one! I love those wheels! I think I'd trade my Hydras for a set of Orions. I bet they'd look awesome on my 964. I think I've seen two Volvos in Halifax with those wheels. A white '94ish 964 and a dark blue 944 SE or 964. The dark blue one has an OE spoiler and I think the wheels go really well with the spoiler. Enjoy the 760! :-D

I bet they would look great on your 960, altough I'm not so sure if I'd swap from 16" to 15".

I would buy them if they were made in the 760 -90 style and not the 740 -90 style. If no one starts producing them, I'll have to make them myself or do the easy thing and tint the yellow part :) Which spoiler do you mean?

There was a black 964 in the junkyard parking lot today with those wheels. Damn black on black is hot hot hot. Those wheels were just like.. icing on the cake. Man oh man.
