I eventually want to change out my cluster or just changing the bulbs behind it for a different color look but I've been pondering of just getting this anyone try it yet or no?

I did red..removed the blue color strip on the top of the cluster, 83 242, and used a strip of red taillight repair tape. On my 52mm small gauges I cut a piece of round plastic and covered that with red tape as well to replace the blue disks that are in there.

That with Dale's white gauge faces gave me a great looking red dash. I love it.
