When I turn the ing switch off ms grounds the fpr, what's up with that?

I don't know.

Have you verified the wiring is correct? What happens with the key on? Do you have MS on a kill switch?

Yeah, the MS grounds the fp when its turned off, thats why you need to run a switched 12v to the other side

and I have a switched 12v going to the ms box.

I have figured this out. I have switched 12v with a 3 amp fuse going to ms as well as a switch in the ground before the fpr to turn the fuel off sepratley. I found some switches at napa that fit in the dash and look almost stock in a 240...
