3.1 TPS on 2.2 Harness?

Will an LH 3.1 TPS Mechanically plug into
and mount to a LH 2.2 Harness and throttle body?

yes and no.

The harness will attach to the 3.1 TPS... but the 3.1 TPS will not bolt to the 2.2 TB without some type of adapter plate. It is rumored that there exists an adapter plate from volvo that will allow this but I am not aware of the PN...
