Nothing fancy as far as backgrounds go. I was just playing with my new camera yesterday. Still getting used to it. :-P

...but needs some spacersI know. Hopefully on the next SAM group buy it'll get one of those Volvo 20mm rear spacer kits.
nice hood!
sorry about the scratches in it.What scratches? That hood is the nicest panel on the car! And thanks again! I've been looking for a white flathood for ages now.
...of course the car could use one of your airdams. :badboy:

Late style signals/e-codes grafted on with the flathood and early cowl, very nice, one of my favorite front end setups. Car looks sweet, love the Hova tails, too. Oh so sexy....

very nice! I really need to get another 240. I so miss them and driving a 79 242dl with an m45 yesterday really made me want another one all the more.

Thanks guys!
Andy, those clear rear turn lenses came from JP Styling, not Hova. ;-) I just grafted them onto my 'made in Estonia' repop tails is all. I've also got clear e-code lenses coming for the front corners, a set of new clear lenses for the Bosch fogs, and a set of clear Audi A4 sidemarkers - all to replace the amber ones on the car now. Should round out the appearance and look a lot nicer when those go on. Then again, the car will look a lot nicer when I finally get to painting it!

:) , your front license plate is pure gold. They make such things there in the states or where did you source one?
Ytterst bra!

I love it. Needs an adjustable panhard though. I wish mine was that nice. It's got one. :-P And it's centered, it's just the light/shadows making it look that way in the pics...

Appearance-wise, the 'made in Estonia' repops look fantastic (even better with the clear corners on them!). But the overall quality of the repops is average at best. I've already gone through and replaced all of the sockets with OE Volvo ones because the included sockets were shoddy quality...and I've had to reseal a couple of the lenses that weren't 'sonic welded' good enough when they were originally built. But NEW for ~$70/each shipped with everything (gaskets, circuit boards, bulbs, sockets, etc) it's hard to beat, especially compared to OE prices. (and, I'm not building a '100 point' concours car either, so it's not a huge ordeal to me)
Now, the clear lenses from JP are worth their weight in gold. But if I were to do this over again I'd order them pre-built with the clear corners. ;-)
I can snap a few up-close pics of the tails when I get home if you want.
