another meet with VS (June 10)

Ok Meet is going to be june 10th, at the usual meeting place. Hopefully we will have as much fun as we did last time. But this time everyone who is coming please post your cell number, lol because well lets just say we can get lost pretty quick haha

so here it is planned out, lol pretty much what Jaxx said last meet

When: June 10th, around 12 Noon

Where: Umstead Park on highway 70(glenwood Ave.) past the Angus Barn on the right

What: Meet, Cruise and (brake) Lunch, cruise some more, stop pictures talk, and cruise some more

Time: 12:00 Noon - well we were out for a good 4 hours last time

Jaxx, do you still have the map for thoughs back roads? i will also go out and find some more places but i must say last meet, we did some awesome driving;)

As of now I am still planning on being there representing RWD :) I'm all about a nice cruise and maybe some spirited races.

Umstead park is just down from Briar Creek shopping center right? I don't travel down that way very much so it's all kinda complicated for me. I've been to the angus barn several times but it's always been at night.

you will have more then a couple coming no doubt and if you have been to the angus barn then you can get here wuth no problem. You will be on 70 and you will pass the angus barn on the right. Keep getting it and there will be one light. Once you go through this light umstead is directly on your right. Once you turn in the park keep going till you cant go anymore and we will be there on the left. :)

i just officially got off work so i'm good to go. i really hope i get this leak under control...get this...i go through a tank of coolant a day, thats just how bad it is. :(

found the leak. picking up the hose (heater) from the dealership on monday. there was a crack in the kink in the upper heater hose and it spread apart when the car heats up and blows coolant all over the place. i also just de-dadged my grille and im gonna give the car a good was and detail before this happens

Ugh... getting ready for the meet.... Just did front and rear pads and fixed the shifter today (stephen knows what I mean). I'm definately going to wash it at some point this week and I'd like to get the new switches for my fans in. Unfortunately money is short right now so I can't afford to get the other guages I want, oh well.

I think there is supposed to be an F-Body dyno day at the shop on Saturday but my boss hasn't said anything about it yet so, heh, I'm gonna tell him tough luck I've got plans :)

Yeah the pad squeal is gone. The brakes are kinda squishy right now because they have to set in or something like that to the imperfections on the rotors... all I know is that hte brakes are like :omg: right now.

Ehh, I'm gonna wash my car and clean out the interior some but nothing special on my end. If I can manage to spray paint the wheels then woohoo but I prolly won't have time. I'm prolly gonna wait until Saturday morning to wash it since the car gets dirty so quick anyways.

Yep... I'm ready too! Got some stuff checked over this evening and also took the door off and repaired it (well my dad did). There was a big hole where the lower hinge/part was supposed to be, lol... Anyway the door works better than it ever has before (stephen you'll know what I mean).

Anyway I'm gonna take it out tonight and make sure its all running properly and might tweak the MS... gotta show up all you N/A bastards :)

We sure did! I had a blast anyways. We just did a ton of driving around... Lots of speeding, some grudge races w/ the FWD guys, avoiding truck tires in the road, hitting potholes, laughing at riced out Eclipses.... Yeah I think everyone had a good time.
