Just wanted to post a quick note about these brake pads. I think they are the best value out there, maybe not the best pads ever, but for the $50or so for all 4 pads for a 960 - how can you go wrong? The stop tons better than factory volvo pads, dont squeek, and have tons less fade. They do make a bit of noise on my car under hard, low speed braking while cold. This could also be do to the fact that the rear rotors on my car look like an old record instead of being smooth as they should be.
One other quick question - i thought i read somewhere that the 960 brakes were thought of as better or the best of the 7XX/9XX brakes. Granted the rotors are big but the large floating single piston front calipers? Seems liek a 2-4 piston design would work a bit better. The rear 2 pistons seem nicer!
