Hello
My name is Martin, I'm from Sweden and drive a Volvo 940GL -91. At the moment I'm modyfying it a little bit. Here are som pics.
Hope you understand, my english isn't that good.
Here I just bought it, late september -05:

The gasket between the engine block and cylinder head was broken, the car drank alot of water. At first the plans were to just change it and drive happily. But when I stood there with my 531 cylinderhead I began thinking of tuning it :)
So i bought bigger exhaust valves, about 1/8" ( 35 to 38mm ) bigger than original. I also had my friend to open up the inlet/exhaust channels for easier breating and also he milled ( spell? ) it of so I would get higher compression. I also renovated the cyl.head
Also I bought an aftermarket exhaust manifold.

The exhaust is 2.5" all the way from the manifold, including the catalyst ( spell? ) which also has a mettalic core rather than the original ceramiqe.
