Don't know of any on-line but I could take a stab at it:

I start by putting my left foot into the left passenger foot well, then grab the bottom edge of the seat cushion about a foot in from the door. Press down then back toward the rear of the car, then pull up, use your left leg to brace yourself for leverage. There is a small metal rod in a hooked shaped hook that you are trying to free, see: http://www.threefattigers.com/Protocore/Volvo/940-Forward.jpg Repeat this on the other side, and the bottom cushion is free.

Then lower the center armrest, there are 4 bolts holding this in place, for the lower bolts, reach in between the base of the armrest and the back seat, pull the back seat aside, there you will find a 10mm bolt/screw, then about 3-4" above the armrest in-line with the lower bolt will be the upper bolt, repeat on the other side.

Raise the center headrest to it's highest position. The plastic panel bellow is hinged, pull the bottom of this forward and up to reveal 3 10mm bolts, see:
http://www.threefattigers.com/Protocore/Volvo/940-CenterRest.jpg
Once the bolts are out, lift straight up on the headrest to pull it out.

To remove the seat back: on each lower corner is a hook: http://www.threefattigers.com/Protocore/Volvo/940-LowerHook.jpg
This is flexible metal, bend up the hook to free the seat on each side. Next you will need to push the rear seat up, the headrests stay in position for this step. At each upper corner of the seat is another hook, you need to lift up the seat, compressing it into the headrest, then pull forward to free it from the hook, see: http://www.threefattigers.com/Protocore/Volvo/940-UpperHook.jpg

At this point the head rests can be removed, two obvious 10mm bolts, just don't forget to put them back in before you install the seat back.

I believe it should all be the same, it was for our '90 760 anyway, and it is the same for the 960/S90. The only difference on the older 744s might be in the center headrest design, I'm just not sure on that point.
