Hello!
I am the new owner of a 1985 740tic with ~144k miles on it (just getting broken in!) Just started to do a little research on the web as far as common maintenance issues, and common modifications and customizations, and ran across this site. Looks great, I think I'll be able to find a lot of info here, and when I know enough, maybe I can help someone in turn.
I look forward to getting this car back into prime shape. (it's not that far away from it anyway, but its been sitting for two years, and needs to be gone through just to make sure).
I'll post pictures as soon as I have some. The 740tic doesn't seem to be a very common car, at least my searches through the picture pages and other posts seem to lead me to believe this.. Are they just not common, or are they all in the graveyard somewhere waiting to be resurrected?
