Hey,
So I need to order a clutch for my 242 project. It's going to be LH 2.4 so it will have the "windowed" flywheel for the crank angle sensor, but I'm also wanting to run an M46 (sittin' in the garage) and I was wondering if using the stock flywheel what clutch/pressure plate combo I will need to order. Thanks,
Robert

You will need the clutch/pressure plate for a 9" clutch. So any 90+ (I think) manual car, or any 7/9 turbo (except '84 760 I think).

I'd suggest a 740 Turbo clutch. I'm told the M47 uses a different release bearing from an M46. Pilot bearing is the same.

there was no US spec 9 turbo w/ a stick

but yea any 9" setup should work fine .. i hear good things about the spec stage 2 with the older smaller flat flywheel so might be just as good on the larger clutch
