How to drive a Volvo on ice

Prolly a B28?

My take on this:

- His tires were too small for what he was trying to do, which is herd pack ice.

- He doesn't like his truck very much.
 
My take?
Ice is heavy, im pretty impressed it could move most of that..
and, I bet he loves his truck. cant you tell? heh

That sucker took on about 50 yards of ice.. that was an awesome video of 4x4ing... I've actually seen a couple of Volvo C303s in Humboldt in the last couple of months too.. wierd how stuff like this pops up?!

I love Humboldt County!
 
I figured maybe the camera man / guy next to him was confused about the home of Volvos or the paint scheme and lights had something to do with Switzerland and I'm a dumbas$. Probably the later.
 
every time he makes an approach to the "barrier of ice" and the motor is screaming, i keep thinking "oh, hes going to make it...SOO CLOSE!
 
1. get buddies
2. get truckie
3. find hole with ice and mud
4. put truckie in hole in front of buddies
5. get stuck
6. back up
7. get stuck again
8. back up again
9. get stuck again
10. drain entire mud hole while trying to get unstuck
11. rejoice
