No the US wasn't graced with awesome cars like an Escort Cosworth. If you plan on putting a turbo Volvo engine in there. You can use the Sierra RS turbo exhaust housing. It's worked great so far on a 1990+ turbo manifold for my car. Your car has a nice blue color and it's already right side drive for you. Have fun!

BTW, when the US got the Sierra it was called a Merkur XR4ti. They put the turbo engine from the SVO mustang and turbo Thunderbird in them instead of us getting the Cosworth engine. We never got any of the really hot engines you folks have.

The plan is a 16v b234 head b230 block penta 2.5 crank some nice long rods and short pistons from john v proturbo exhaust manifold some beter cams verniers etc. and I am using a getrag m51 gearbox with dog engagment. then for the body roll cage bucket seats some coliovers front and rear and a lsd. Im going to paint it white with warrior stripes should be intresting.

there seem to be a lot of UK 16v engines being built in various sheds. I'm guessing budget will be the ultimate decider of who's debuts first! :nod:

Agreed- one of the reasons that my 16v probably won't debut for at least 12 months.

Sorry, derailing your project thread like that.......

Tell you what, go screw mine up for a bit- as my guest. Fair's fair, and all that.

type <.img src= "image location">

MINUS the period right before "img" (I put the period there so that the code would be visible)

"image location" being:

http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/749/mathewcars010hv6.jpg

And you end up with this:

<img src=http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/749/mathewcars010hv6.jpg>

what I do is when the image is uploaded, select the copy the link under "hotlinking for forums" then the image appears in you post where you paste the link.

In your post where ever you want the pic to appear in relation to your text. Think of the sideways triangles as the magic portholes to your pictures. lol

Or just do what Suterman said if your image host has that option.
