Anyone one of these weekends. A group of people from one of the other boards I am on gets together almost every weekend. I will drive anywhere within about 1-2 hours from the racine/milwaukee area if anyone wants to meet in a halfway point.

i saw that car on craisglist a few times..was thinki8ng about getting it but the whole no title thing kinda killed that. your probably better off buying a (reliable)beater pickup truck for a few hundred, grab a u haul car dolly and haul it back then sell the beater truck. i'd help out as much as i can, but i usually dont have the time off work. hey if yuo come to wi to get it we'll fire up teh bbq grills....

yea thanks! I just have to get overload springs for the rear of the 244gl and get the over drive working..

then go to SE mess around.. tow the 242 back.. I need to find a cheap tow dolly.. or a tow bar.. :-P 45mph 5 hour drive back.. HAHA

A truly beat up car is one with a chunk of 6x6 wood wired in place of where the top half of the left front strut used to be. And driving it for several weeks. Car 1 - deer 0, even if it did kill off the car.
