Hey guys,
Haven't been on for a while because I've been busy with this:
http://manhattan.classiccarclub.com/
I'm finally setting a deadline to get my and my brothers Turbo'd 242GT back in action for this year's Classic Car Club Rally on May 17th and need to get the car together fast.
I was pretty much up to speed on MS a few years ago, but a lot has changed since then and my knowledge is a bit rusty. Since time is of the essence I need all the help I can get.
Anyone out there that's got some real experience installing Megasquirt who can help me crank this out? Time is of the essence... fire away!
Thanks,
Zac
PS, there could be a day in a Ferrari in it for you, or atleast I'll be sure to get you out on a few good test drives around the club.

Do you need spark or just fuel? -- not that I am in NY.

Zac fly me out and let me take some of the toys out and I'd be your personal MS slave ;-)
Other than that, your under a pretty snug time line. Do you have all the hard parts related to the swap (intake, fuel rail, injectors ect)?
-btw Congrats on the buiz, sure looks like its going well for you guys!

Thanks Doug,
Yeah, I've got pretty much everything. In fact, it's all on the car and I was nearly done with the wiring 3 years ago when I last worked on the car. I've got the TPS on, a B230 Intake and Fuel rail, air and water sensors etc...
I've even got a an MSII, a pre-labled wiring harness and a WB02 on the way, since I didn't want to leave it to my shoddy soldering and the old MS box that's been sitting in the bottom of my closet.
I was pretty much going for the minimal setup to get it running with the least complications (stock ignition, stock fuel pump relay, no cold start solenoid, etc...) I was figuring I should get it running and then start upgrading other systems from there.
I'm a bit out of the loop and there's a lot to button up.
Shoot me an email if you're serious about flying out. Flights are cheap and we've got lots of good toys top play with.

It will be easy as pie. Seriously, you won't need Doug's help. Save that for when you add spark.
