I sincerely wish I'd never started this job- my MSnS-E install has been a nightmare from day one.

Take a look at these pictures- Apologies for the poor quality but they're phone pics.

Those were taken at idle. I recalibrated the sensor before starting the engine- which hadn't been run for two weeks so the exhaust was just fresh air. I ensured the termination plug was in first and have left it in. The LED panel is a voltmeter set to read 10.0 @1v and 20.0 @2v. The LC-1 output is programmed accordingly.

The ECU and all the LC-1 grounds are terminating at the same point- the factory grounding point by the ECU. I've tried removing the sensor heater ground and placing it elsewhere to eliminate the possibility of noise.
Also, the Fidle valve opens with the ignition but does not osscilate as it should. In Megatune you occasionally see a flicker from the Fidle output but that is all. Due to the sensor issues and lack of a functioning Fidle valve it took me 20 minutes to start the bloody thing today. :grrr:

Also, I've tried to recalibrate the coolant sensor to the Volvo one 5 times now using Easytherm and have yet to have any success. :-(

I am utterly, utterly fed up with this thing and would really appreciate any pointers as to what could be wrong.

I had someone else tell me their LC1 and MS weren't reading the same, not sure what the issue is though.

Yes. I'm going to reflash the firmware next chance I get so I've got it absolutely certain that everything is correct.

I'm at my wit's end with this bloody thing.

Don't tempt me- trouble is, I've put about ten times it's value into it. :grrr:
