They look exactly like my CSA 14x6.5"s.
I'm pretty sure the CSA's are Australian, but they have some markings on them which I found out are Japanese, so maybe that's where they're made. They're not made for Volvo's, it just happens that some Holden's have the same stud pattern, so wheels sold here for Holden's occasionally make their way on to Volvo's. This type of wheel is quite common in Australia, they were made in four and five stud in various patterns, and were available in various colours. People sometimes repaint them to match their car, mine are the original colour though.
I've had a number of complements on my wheels from people overseas, but nobody local seems to like them.

I think this style of wheel is a copy of a Mercedes AMG style, because I've seen very similar wheels on '80's Mercedes coupes with AMG body kits etc.

these wheels where sold here in the US... i found an incomplete set of 16" ones at the wreckers awhile back on a 242. they where made by Ronal and are NLA ;( the model is R9
