I believe those are 14" Coronas... I don't see them as anything 'bling bling.' Although I think they came on the higher trim GLE models..
Do you have the center caps?

i just remebered something, the guy has four of those and about 5 of this other type of volvo wheels. they look similar to that but i think their the gt wheels. I THINK. very light though even with the dry rotted tires.

The coronas are aluminum.. so there's the 'lightness'

they're worth the $50 you might get for the aluminum at a melting plant. Or suit as a nice set of winter wheels :e-shrug:

They're only 14x5.5, so they're not worth anything to me. They are light, and would make good winter wheels as long as you paint them to be sure corrosion won't be a problem. I wouldn't pay the $30 each that the junkyard charges.

if i can get this picture to post......the GT wheels look like this, well kinda, that wheel is painted flat black, and i also didn't pay a dime for my wheels, i got 5 of them, 2 of them have tires that still hold air, and the other 3 are tireless right now, while i look for a sand blaster. they will be painted flat black, or semi-flat black and used as my rally wheels for a good ol' bit of rear end hangin' fun.

yup those are the wheels. cool so im getting those and some coronas. all for free with a 1979 242 flat hood.
even if the flat hood is bent up...

that's how i got all my gt wheels and my flat hood which isn't dented or bent, free, and from a 79 GT. may that car rest in peace. i can't wait to get all the wheels sand blasted and painted, but i am acctually debating krylon semi-flat black, dupli-color graphite, and dupli-color white. who knows.....i kinda like the idea of white.

ugh coronas I have so many of those I hate them they are ugly and they always look worse after painting them. I have broken quite a few of them as well. the only time I have ever seen them look semi-good is when you lose the lame hub-caps and use the virgo center caps on em, other then that they I just consider them "prettier then steelies" for winter tires :-P
