Aight, my car is back from being in the shop for over a week. Had the following done:
-All engine gaskets done, all belts, brand new pcv system, rear main seal, fan, new control arms, all poly bushings front and rear, ball joints, tie rods, sway bushings, fresh oil change, spark plugs, alignment, 1 coil cut off SAM springs etc etc etc,

OH YEAH, for all the haters, here are the pictures, its really really low. Keep in mind I am running 205/50/15s.

Nothing wrong with paying the man for results that pay off.. nice rig.. do your springs feel any different.. reason I ask is I'm running SAMs too and have thought about cutting a coil or two off of mine.
I really like the look you got going on.. and nice wheels too!

Exactly!

The springs feel a little stiffer, but otherwise the same. I would not cut more than 1 coil or else it will not sit in the perches. At the moment its loose and I can jiggle it when the car is on jacks but it will not fall out...so 1 coil is the key.

6000K HID's depending on which company that makes them do have or are supposed to have a blueish tinge to it. Mine are not blue, but you cannot mistake them for anything but HIDs. Oh yeah, they are amazing in the night, I cannot imagine driving without them.

Does it feel like a different car?? my cars in the shop getting some stuff done right now... I've been meaning to ask you where you got your front air dam from?
oh yeah and how much did it cost to get the bushings installed at a shop, I could probably do it myself but not sure if i can afford that much time with my car off the road..

Do you get any bump steer? What did it align to? Where'd you get your HID setup? What shocks are you running? Have you pushed it yet, any temp. readings on the front tires?

looks good!

This would be interesting, I might have to borrow our tire temp thingie.
Also, please at least put the HID retrofits in ecode headlights.

i like it alot....thats the stance i want for the 245. is it me, or do the rims look a little small?

nah the rimmies are fine, if you notice they bulge out and theres an indent seperating the rim itslef from the center section creating the illusion of tiny non-pimp rims, when in actuality they are indeed pimp. (like tobey maguire=not pimp...spiderman= pimp sorta thing.)

Very nice, looks great! I love the hids, do you still have high beams? Catz used to sell a moving capsule type kit that allowed you to keep the highs.

It drives exactly like a different car! super smooth and just plain awesome.
air dam, similar but the only place I know of where you can get one:
http://www.stylingkompaniet.com/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=941_21_26_146&products_id=445&osCsid=d50a3b2149b45a0b4212ae11365ff206

I'm not sure how much for the bushings alone would cost to do as I did other things while in the suspension shop, I think its safe to say at least 3 hrs labour.

no bumpsteer, aligned to stock specs, HID setup is from a local importer in Toronto, Boge Turbo dual chamber shocks, pushed it this weekend and it had to problems and no suprizes.
Temp readings on the tires? I'm not sure what you are asking, they are Yokohama S-Drive tires.

Very nice, looks great! I love the hids, do you still have high beams? Catz used to sell a moving capsule type kit that allowed you to keep the highs.

Thanks! I choose to save the $100 it would have cost for the high beam kit, i figured with HID's in there I wouldnt need to high beam anyone, which had proven me right.

Yes. Please elaborate on the HID/Front Air Dam.

see above for the air dam, HID is a plug and play kit

PLease tell again where the "Bross"? front spoiler came from? Car looks great; Would love to get one of those spoilers for mine. Only thought Brickstylz had them, and I heard nothing but bad about them.

Was $3,500.00 just for labor or did that included parts as well?

That's probably where he got it.

I think the car looks great! The rear main was probably the most worthy of the labor price. Does "all gaskets" include the crank/inter, and cam seals? What about the head or oil pan?

$3500 is a bit steep though, is that in Canadian monies?

Bross is the original, brickstylez is a copy cat of it.
