hey
i have an '81 244 automatic with a B230E
with the engine its got a new exhaust and a k&n filter

in about 1 week im ripping out the Air Con and all that crap
converting the fan off the crank to an electric fan ........
and im replacing the stock cam with a K cam
any more power friendly ideas for an N/A????

Do a search? In the past couple of months there have been three very complete threads talking about exactly this. Including one that's still right here on the front page of Performance & Suspension. Although, you'll have to read through a lot of crap that a couple members decided to stir up because they were bored.

You'll feel a big gain if you advance the distributor to get more ignition timing. Just be careful to listen for pinging and use high octane gas. About all that's left is making your own headers, unless you wanted to convert to a later LH Jetronic injection and chip it.
