Question About Fuel Line

Hi Everyone,
I have a 1986 LH2.2 B230F Volvo 240. Recently when changing out a fuel filter I damaged the thread on a fitting and I'm having a hard time identifying what to purchase for replacement parts.

Here's a diagram I found for the fuel injection system for the car. The fuel line with the damaged fitting is #26.



Here's a picture of the other end of the line with the two damaged fittings. The fitting on the left mates the fuel filter to the fuel line that goes into the injection rail. Any idea of what I should look for when trying to find replacement parts?

One more bit of information. The car is actually a 1979, but has a motor from an 86. I think the fuel filter being mounted in the engine bay is common to the earlier models.
