Hi Anthony. I saw your post regarding 1uzvvti into a 940.
Here in South Africa we never got any volvos with redblocks. I have a 940 with a fried motor and can't find a replacement.
A 1uz vvti with autobox and original ecu ready to go cost about 1500 us dollars.
I'm toying with the idea. My friend has done 2 1uz conversions in other vehicles so a workshop, tools and know how is not a problem. I've read on sump/oil pan issues with the crossmember.
Is there anything else i should look out for or any advice you can give me.
I have a big ass 940 estate. Lol.
