Already trying to plan out my May. Coordinating IPD along with a week long wheeling trip to Moab, gonna be a busy month! Celebrating having the credit card paid off..by spending money. lol

So why did they move it back to May?

I know they pushed it out a little last year to spread the gap between Davis and IPD, but they pulled it back a little closer this time, probably a little nicer weather or some such detail.

Well, I guess we're back to the spring schedule. Probably going to be nipply again as it has been in the past when the winter has been cold and wet.

Yaasssss!! I won't be doing army things this year during ipd.

I wont be doing any more "improvements" until after IPD. Now I just need to finish the last "improvements" and update my build thread. Wow, a year flys by when your to do list is fatter than your wallet.

John has worn a kilt when it's February and the temps are in the teens; I don't think a little cool May weather will deter him.

It's a rare occurence. If you'd been at NW on Friday, you would've seen me in shorts. Then, during the 2012 XXX meet, I was also wearing shorts, which threw Tuff240 and a bunch of other guys for a loop. A LOT of doubletakes that day. They were all like :wtf: about it.

I was really looking forward to seeing if my car could make it to Portland, but then realized I have prior engagements. So bummed!

I'm making my yearly pilgrimage. Are we doing drags or will it probably be too wet? If we do drags, are there any e85 pumps be had in Portland/Vancouver?

Got my paint ordered. Hopefully I can shoot it before the event. Tired of 4 different colors...

primer it, dont rush your paint. Just lay a few coats of primer, leave yourself enough primer to lay down a sealer coat just before you spray your paint.

I try to stay away from doing any body work on top of just bare metal. So I'll primer, then body and block, then seal, and if the sealer goes on tidy, I hit it wet on wet with my paint.

i'm going to try to be there. we'll see.

I'll swing thru the booth again this year as well. Rolling up in Ryan's ride again this year, at least the motor is fresher though so we won't be sniffing oil fumes. lol

I also need the different wiper arms. Mine are straight all the way to the end and I've seen, and would like, ones that have a slight bend at the end so my wipers won't sit at 45* when parked.

Passenger side gets a nifty little locking post. You can lock it in like 3-4 positions from down to fully open. I know I’ve only got one of those, maybe benski has one.
