Removing sticky CISinjectors

I pulled the injectors out of my 82 turbo 240 with CIS injection. Everything I read made it sound easy. I pulled all 4. The plastic piece between the head and the injector that the injector slides through came out with three of the injectors they won't come off the injectors though. And the one plastic piece that stayed in the head won't come out.

Does anyone have any good tips for separating the plastic from the injector or the plastic from the head? I tried on blaster with no luck.

Pry down with a flat screwdriver between the metal keeper and the plastic holder, and wiggle it around.

Worst case you need to squeeze them with pliers to break them and get new ones.

Thanks, I tried prying them with no luck.
I got them off by using a block of wood. Pressed the injectors on the block then carefully tapped the plastic with a hammer and then carefully pushed down the plastic. Worked well with no damage. A little pb blaster helped too.
