Porting B230 manifold exit ports

Below is a pic of the exit side of b230f exhaust manifold. You can see the carbon indicating where the gasket was.

May benefit to gasket matching this area?

I thought there might be benefit in remaking the header pipe with 2 2" tubes dumping into 2.5", buts it seems like that might not even fit.

I figure I'll do the Starla header pipe mod per Smokey1000, so the question still stands does gasket matching this area make sense?
