Im looking for a source for the rubber bushings on my 77 240's M46.

Can I use bushings from a later M46? I've seen conflicting info on it. I've attached a picture to show which bushings I'm talking about.

The bushings aren't the same as the later shifters. Like the later bushings however, they are available in different colors/hardness, with grey being softer than black. 4 cylinder cars used 2 of each while 6 cylinder cars used all black bushings.

They're both still available. Black is part #1232834, grey is part #1232835.
