I wonder if your fuel tank is not venting or are having a fuel pump issue. You only need about 2 psi of fuel pressure.
I would test the fuel pressure both idling and while driving and dying.

IIRC, it's regular 164 mount - I don't remember looking for "heavy duty"...

I believe the voltage stabilizer's output is only 5+/- volts.

Having an air pocket inside a clear filter is not unusual in my experience with carbed B20s.

I ended up replacing the entire exhaust system from front cat. (Magnaflow) to the lousy Bosal tailpipe tip.
$850 later, it's all back together. Damn, those exhaust parts...
