I'm curious as to what the one posted by OP is made out of. It looks like it's copper plated steel or something like that. I bet it would look cool in a year of road abuse and oxidation

This would be true if I were worried about it while parking on the street. However, that's not always the case and I would like a parking brake to hold the car while it's in neutral.

Pretty sure it's the faker board because when it starts to get wonky, I can smack the dash above the cluster and it'll come back to center. I'm going to get my soldering iron and fix that asap
