use an 850 clutch tool. I was a cheapskate the first time and just used an extension from one of my ratchets and that did the job just fine because it slips through the center portion of the clutch...

Honestly I went with tapping the drain fitting into the block. I liked this idea better because the car is low and I don't have to worry about it getting caught on something.

940 wagon/sedan tank into 740 wagon?

I want to put one of the bigger tanks into my 740 wagon as it's currently got the 12 gallon. I'd be taking it from a 93 regina 940 wagon or possibly a bosch sedan.


What all is needed?

m cam is just for low to mid range torque. Not much but it makes it a little more bearable please note that it doesn't give you any power gain. That being said I'm changing to a bigger cam not sure...

Removing Diff on a 940se/960 sedan

I had a little trouble removing/replacing my diff last night. I got hung up by the 18mm upper diff mount bolt the area was too tight to remove the bolt. Any ideas?

You're supposed to switch the manifolds around....

You're supposed to switch the manifolds around. The manifold that is higher needs to go in the front spot. You will still have to redo the lines.
