no worries...the diameter of the cylinders is slightly smaller on a B21 vs B23/230. The B234 16v combustion chamber is the diameter of the 2.3L bore so a slightly larger diameter than the 2.1L bore....

Double check that the # of teeth on the M45 input shaft spline match a clutch disc for a dog dish flywheel...IIRC not all M45s match the later M46s.

What pulley are you using? KL Racing? Not sure how much clearance you have left at the front of the engine, but could you still temporarily line up the old v-belt...

If you put the conical TD04HL turbine housing on the 16T then it will bolt up to the stock downpipe. You will need to modify the downpipe flange to bolt to the flat flange turbine housing.

I was basing my comment on my 79 K-jet that did not have any control modules. I removed the EGR stuff with 0 issues.
