Recheck the valve lash. If you have an indicator, measure the lift of each lobe and see if it’s way off anywhere. Sounds like you could have an exhaust leak from the video.

Chuck them in a drill press and carefully file a keeper groove. It’s like 1mm wide and .5-1mm deep. A hacksaw blade was the right width for me.

I’ve seen a few Nissan and Honda itb+turbo setups. Then there’s tuning... itbs are hard enough to tune right, and someone goes and adds a turbo. Lots of work, but they do sound good.
