Now take the jack stands our from under the axle, drop the axle down to full extention, and place a floor jack under one side and lift up to check for articulation and binding.:)

You could always use an old Ford remote starter solenoid at your relocated battery to isolate the starter cable when it isn't needed for cranking instead of having to try and use such a giant fuse....
