Get a Mann+Hummel Pro-vent 200 and appropriately sized check valves. One to the intake manifold, the other to the pre-turbo intake pipe. You can either return oil to the sump or a containment tank....

My experience is similarish, except my trans put me at 44 and 79 mph in 1st and 2nd. Similar power delivery as an 8v, then keeps pulling. It's fun when nobody is around.

Why would 7250 be a problem with a 80mm stroke engine? I run mine to 7500 regularly with no issues. Hell, one of Culberro's rally cars hung out at 8000 for minutes on end. Piston speed is way too low...
