I would check the input shaft shim to the bellhousing to make sure it is within spec (they tend to spin with the input bearing and wear out of spec), and use Redline MTL fluid.

The sensor should be oriented above the centerline of the exhaust pipe (i.e. bung on the top half of the tube) so it doesn't retain moisture, which could kill it in a hurry.

25/19 here with Bilstein HDs and ~170lb wheel rates F/R on my 940. Could use more front roll stiffness. Tried the IPD rear bar and got sick of one tire fires everywhere.
