The stock internals can handle a lot more power than people give them credit for, and you can safely run a 13c @ 1-1.3 bar as long as you take the extra heat out.

IMO, the C6, TH400, and 4L80E (basically a TH400...

IMO, the C6, TH400, and 4L80E (basically a TH400 w/ OD) are all overkill. They are heavy and eat up a lot of power.

For a 3 speed auto I would use a C4 or TH350. I would not use a gear vendors...
