So, I'm trying to stage 0 my new to me '87 740Tic, have got the cap and rotor done, wires seem good, am going to pick up a new (prolly MSD) coil tomorrow, and would like to get rid of the over 1 yr....

What about gioing 3" straight back to a rear exit? Is an aftermarket muffler not installed AFTER the axle anyways, could always add it later. I may try this when I go 3", it'll all have to be new...

So, would one just disconnect the factory guage...

So, would one just disconnect the factory guage line at the port and hook up the aftermarket guage to that port? Or purchase another T to keep both working?
